Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato


  • 2 sebago potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 head of roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 25 g butter
  1.  Place potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Return to pan. Squeeze roasted garlic flesh into pan. Add cream and butter. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
