Whenever I roast garlic I usually roast at least six bulbs.  They can be served warm with a roast dinner and the left overs, if any, can be put in the fridge and used over the following week.

  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 tbl olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree’s. Slice the top off the garlic bulb and drizzle with olive oil.  Bake in the oven for 20 – 30 minutes depending upon the size of the garlic bulb.
