Roasted Garlic Hummus


  • 600g canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed.  Or dried chickpea’s that have been soaked overnight.
  • 1 tomato to garnish
  • Olive oil to garnish
  • Mint to garnish
  • Paprika to garnish
  1.  Place the chickpeas, roasted garlic, olive oil, tahini paste, cumin and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Add 1/4 cup of water and process again until quite smooth. Garnish with tomato, olive oil, mint and paprika.
