Garlic Mushrooms

This is my favourite Sunday brunch dish. I usually make it with my garlic and herb butter.

  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1tbl of garlic and herb butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
 
  1. Melt the butter in the frying pan. Add the mushrooms and sauté. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crusty sourdough bread.
  2. We generally eat this dish straight out of the pan. Not only does it save on washing up, it also means we can soak up all the mushroom juices with our bread!
